How much does the move cost?
There is a one-time fee starting at $75 to move your Website to NetworkSolutions®; more complex sites may require a slightly higher charge.
How long does the process take?
A Website migration can typically be completed within 2 hours. Times vary based on the complexity of the site design and may take as much as 24 hours for a large site over 2 terabytes.
Why should I move my Website to Network Solutions®?
It allows you to manage your domain, Website and email easily and more efficiently when all are housed with the same provider. Plus, the move process is easy and requires minimal information from you!

Can my email and domain names be moved too?
Yes, you may migrate email to Network Solutions®. All email folders and email will be included in the move to Network Solutions®, including all Sent and Inbox email.
Will I need to notify my current Hosting provider that I am moving my content?
Notification is not required when changing Web hosts. If a domain is included with your move, however, you will need to provide the domain authorization code and disable protection (if available). Your sales consultant will walk through how and where to do these things at the time of purchase.
How can I be certain that my information will be kept confidential during the move process?
Our confidentiality agreement ensures that access to your site content, server access, etc. is not shared or sold with other providers.
Can I check to see if the site looks okay before it gets published?
Yes. We will notify you when your site is ready for review. At that time you should check the content, formatting, site link functionality, etc. to ensure your satisfaction. Once you have completed your review you will need to contact us to confirm the move of your site.
Will my site be “offline” during this move process?
With Network Solutions® TransferME™, moving Websites does not involve downtime.
How do customers find out about their move status?
Once the move to Network Solutions® is completed successfully, customers will receive an email confirmation.
